Welcome to Degree Audit
An online advising tool that allows you to view degree and certificate requirements and track your completed coursework towards completion of chosen degree or certificate program. To use the degree audit, you will need your student ID and PIN. Please remember that the system is a tool to help students. The final decisions about meeting the requirements for a degree rest with the Credential Evaluator. Every possible precaution has been taken to insure that the information you get is accurate. However, if your audit does not look right to you, please bring it to the Registration Office in Wenatchi Hall or call 682-6839 or 682-6835.
At this time, the Degree Audit only uses credits earned at WVC, as well as courses you are currently enrolled in. It does not display transfer credits from other colleges or credits earned by outside testing (such as Advanced Placement credits). If you wish to use those credits in a degree evaluation, please complete an Evaluation Request form (available on our Transcript Page) and return it to the Registration office.
Note: Degrees are in the process of being added to the Audit function. If you do not see your degree or certificate in the drop down menu, you will need to submit a evaluation request through the Registration office.
Changes to the AAS-DTA Degree: The Associate of Arts and Sciences-DTA degree has been revised for 2014-15, with changes to the Quantitative Skills (math) requirement, and a limit of 3 PE activity credits. Also, the Life Skills requirement had been removed, the Electives expanded from 27 to 30 credits. Students who enrolled before Summer 2014 will be able to graduate under the previous Quantitative Skills requirements through Fall 2015. If you have questions regarding these changes you can call the Registrar at 509-682-6835.
Degree Audit has three main features:
Degree Audit: Run an audit of your current academic record against any degree or certificate listed for Wenatchee Valley College to view your progress towards graduation. You will select the appropriate degree from the drop down menu (new ones added as completed), then click "Run Audit". Once open, you can select "Expand All" to see all the courses used in the Audit. When a distribution area within a degree is complete, you will see a "" next to the title of that area. If the green check mark is not present, the requirements for that area have not been meet.
Academic Planner: View an academic plan of future coursework recommended by your advisor. An academic plan is a listing of tentative future coursework by quarter.
Advising Notes: View advising notes your advisor may leave for you. For example, an advisor may summarize decisions made during your meeting or note advising recommendations.
