Home-based Study Bachelor degrees Washington State University (WSU) offers bachelor of arts (BA) degrees in Human Development, Criminal Justice, and Business Administration and a Bachelor of Sciences (BS) degree in Agriculture. WSU also offers a BA in Social Sciences degree with options that include major and/or minor course concentrations in sociology, psychology, anthropology, history, and political science. Campus-based Study Upper-division and graduate courses offered by CWU and WSU are transmitted to and received from the Washington Higher Education Telecommunications System (WHETS) classrooms, located on the lower level of the WVC Library/Media Center. (WHETS instruction is similar to ITV instruction, except the signal is transmitted via satellite.) Programs available via WHETS include tree fruit, business, nursing and education.
