WVC Emergency Text Alerts Terms of Use
Wenatchee Valley College provides the emergency text alert service to all current students and staff (hereafter referred to as “users”), under the following conditions:

• Emergency Text Alerts will be used to inform all subscribers whenever there is a campus emergency or unplanned closure.

• Emergency Text Alerts is for current employees and students. Employees are immediately removed from the system upon separation from the college. Students are removed after two quarters of no registration activity.

• WVC does not charge for this service, however, it is the user’s sole responsibility to pay for any charges, fees, or costs incurred from the service provider that will result from receiving Emergency Text Alerts, including occasional functional tests of the system, emergency drills and other like circumstances.

• It is the user’s sole responsibility to maintain current and accurate personal information required by the Emergency Text Alert system.
