The next EYH conference will be May 12, 2012.

You will need to do two things to register for the conference:

1. You must click on the button below to register for the workshop sessions.  You must register ONLINE to be assigned to workshops.  The registration is first come first served with a limit of 15 participants in each workshop in each session.

2. You must send in your registration $10 fee check with the paper registration form and medical release form from the brochure or print from the buttons below. The registration deadline is May 4, 2012.



      

You will not be completely registered until both are completed.
