Adult Basic Education (ABE)
English as a Second Language (ESL)

Wenatchee Valley College offers a wide range of educational opportunities designed to prepare students for college-level classes, including Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English as a Second Language (ESL).

ABE (Adult Basic Education) and ESL (English as a Second Language) classes are $25 per student per quarter. This fee is mandated by the Washington State Legislature.

The Wenatchee Valley Literacy Council partners with Wenatchee Valley College to provide volunteer tutors for adults who are functionally illiterate in the English language or who are attempting to increase their education level. The tutors are trained volunteers and their services are free.
