WVC offers a variety of professional and technical programs leading to either an associate of technical science (ATS) degree, an associate of applied science-transfer (AAS-T) degree, or a certificate of completion. Each program includes theoretical instruction and practical skills to develop competency for the workplace. Some programs have articulation agreements in place for transferring the WVC degree to a four-year institution. Others have been designed to include many courses accepted for transfer by universities to facilitate transition into a four-year program. A general education component is included in every professional-technical program to improve skills in communication, computation and human relations.
WVC Workforce Education programs also includes short-term, on-demand classes, workshops and programs.
