Bookstore

The bookstore on the Wenatchee campus is located in Van Tassell Center. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students can purchase:

  • Textbooks
  • School supplies
  • Art supplies
  • Clothing
  • Snacks
  • Greeting cards
  • Computer software

Purchases can be made using cash, check, Mastercard or Visa. ID is required. Textbooks for each term are available to purchase the week before classes start.

Purchasing Textbooks

Students need to be aware that the book list can change as classes are added or cancelled, or if instructors are changed. This is a major reason the books don't go on sale in the bookstore until just before the start of the quarter. If students purchase their books online rather than through the bookstore and the list changes, the students will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the books to the online vendor and any costs in acquiring the correct books. If the books are purchased through the bookstore, and the list changes, the bookstore will refund the cost of the books with no return shipping charges to the student.

Please note: Teachers choose which books are to be used in each class and sometimes different sections of the same class will use different books.

Return Policy

Your sales receipt is required to return merchandise to the bookstore. The textbook return policy is as follows:

1. Refunds are only allowed during the first 6 days of class.
2. A cash register receipt must accompany all refunds.
3. New and/or used books may be returned. New books must be in their original packaging.
4. No refunds are allowed on any books after the 6th day of class.
5. Special order deposits are required and are non-refundable.
6. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned books unless the student is exchanging books or withdrawing from class. For a full refund, the customer may be required to show a printed schedule to verify withdrawal.

Your textbooks may be sold back during the finals week at the end of each term during Book Buyback. No receipt is necessary at that time.
