Anniversary concert on June 7.

Wenatchee Valley College invites the community to a Volta Piano Trio performance, the final concert in WVC's 75th Anniversary Music Series. The trio performs Sunday, June 7, at 4 p.m. in The Grove Recital Hall, Music and Art Center.

Seating is limited. Reservations are required, and free tickets are available at www.wvc.edu/75.

The Volta Piano Trio includes violinist Jennifer Caine, pianist Oksana Ezhokina and cellist Sally Singer Tuttle. The trio will be joined by flutist Jennifer Rhyne, faculty member at Pacific Lutheran University; guitarist Terry Hunt, Washington Artist Trust award-winning composer; singer Steve Stefanides, WVC biology and chemistry faculty member; and speaker Derek Sheffield, WVC English faculty.

The program will feature the premiere performance of Hunt's new Wendell Berry songs for piano trio, alto flute, guitar and voice.

The WVC Foundation is hosting a private Volta Piano Trio performance on Saturday, June 6; it is by invitation only. For more information about that event, contact the WVC Alumni Association at 509.682.6413.

The Volta Piano Trio concert is sponsored by the James Pauly Family, and Earl and Barbara Tilly.
