Online Advising & Registration (O.A.R.) Public Tutorial
Students who participated in the O.A.R. tutorial can use this public tutorial to review information about student services, degrees and programs, registering and paying for classes, and much more. This public tutorial is just for review and is not a substitute for the actual tutorial, which includes a quiz.
WVC offers the Compass placement test. Use the study guide to prepare for the test.
Many student resources can be accessed directly through the MyWVC Portal.
Use the student planner to track the classes you are currently taking and the classes you plan to take as you work towards your goal.
To find out how close you are to finishing your degree, request a credit evaluation through the Registration Office. Transfer students can use credit evaluations to find out how many of your previous college credits can count toward your WVC degree.
If you are in your last quarter of classes needed to earn your degree or certificate, remember to apply for graduation (even if you are not participating in the ceremony in June).
Course Equivalency Guides
If you plan to transfer to another college, use the course equivalency guides to get a general idea of which classes will likely transfer.
