*Assessment score required.
This example schedule is predicated on students being program ready, having appropriate assessment scores for entry into specific courses and having completed all course requirements.
Students should work closely with an agriculture adviser to plan this program.
Consult the WVC annual schedule. Quarterly course offerings may vary.
Wenatchee Valley College has an associated in applied science-transfer (AAS-T) articulation with WSU CAHNRS. These agreements allow WVC students to transfer to WSU with an AAS-T in Sustainable and Organic Agriculture to WSU’s Bachelor of Science Agriculture and Food Systems (AFS) major. Students who earn at least a 2.0 (“C” grade) may transfer with junior standing into the WSU CAHNRS. These articulation agreements are intended to eliminate the duplication of coursework and better integrate WVC and WSU agriculture programs.
The AAS-T degree includes technical courses to help prepare students for employment, but also includes college-level general education courses that prepare students for their junior year in a bachelor’s degree.
