Libby Siebens serves as executive director of community relations at Wenatchee Valley College, and has led the department since 2011. She oversees and guides strategic communications, public information, media relations, crisis communications, legislative relations, and marketing and advertising for a community college district the size of Massachusetts. She serves on the president’s cabinet. 

Prior to WVC, Libby worked as a marketing manager at non-profit Student Assistance Foundation of Montana where she managed two statewide college access programs and traveled extensively throughout the state and nation. She earned her bachelor of science in communications from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow College of Communication.

Libby has served the community through Women’s Service League of NCW and completed the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Program. She is currently a volunteer scholarship reader for Community Foundation of NCW, a Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) officer at a local elementary school and a Mission Ridge Ski Team board member.
