Transcripts
Official Transcript
An official transcript is a copy of your permanent academic record. It is signed by the registrar and has the college seal placed over the signature.
You can request a transcript electronically via Parchment. This allows you to send a paper copy of your transcript or an electronic copy via secure email. The electronic copy of your transcript is considered official and is encrypted for security. There is a fee for the request. Other delivery options are available online as well. If you have any questions about this transcript service, call us at (509) 682-6806 or email us at transcripts@wvc.edu. Once you go to the Parchment website, you will create an account with Parchment, and you will be able to see when we send your transcript, and when the recipient views the transcript.
Unofficial Transcript
If you attended WVC starting in Winter 2021 to the present, you will need to select the "ctcLink" button:
ctcLink (Instructions on how to obtain the unofficial transcript in ctcLink)
If you attended WVC Fall 2020 or prior, you will need to fill out an unofficial transcript request form and email it to transcripts@wvc.edu along with a copy of your state ID card.
For any further questions, please contact the registration office at transcripts@wvc.edu or 509-682-6806.
Transcript Credit Evaluations
Credits earned at colleges and universities that are recognized by a regional accreditation
association are
generally accepted by Wenatchee Valley College. In order for incoming transfer credits
from other colleges and universities to be applied to a degree or certificate at WVC,
students must submit a Credit Evaluation Request form. Forms, instructions, and additional
information can be found at www.wvc.edu/TranscriptEvaluation.
If you are a current WVC student and/or you have transfer-in credit that has already
been evaluated by WVC, you can login to your ctcLink account to use the Degree Progress
tool to see how your credits have been applied toward your degree requirements and
to see how close you are to finishing your degree and what credits you have left to
take. For detailed instructions, visit www.wvc.edu/DegreeProgress.
