Making accessibility a priority
As part of its mission to serve the educational needs of students of diverse backgrounds, Wenatchee Valley College is making accessibility a priority.
Electronic and information technology resources that are created accessibly, following universal design standards, are usable by everyone on our campus, including those with disabilities.
Learn more about the accessibility work being done on campus, ask questions and voice concerns at one of our info sessions. These sessions are intended to help WVC faculty and staff understand accessibility and why it's important, and help connect them with people and resouces who can help them start making their own materials accessible. There are currently two info sessions scheduled at WVC at Omak on Thursday, April 26:
- 11 a.m. to noon, room 304
- 1-2 p.m., room 304
Connect with our resident accessibility experts. They can help answer questions and offer one-on-one training.
