Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) has partnered with BankMobile to deliver your remaining financial aid funds after your tuition and fees have been paid.
For students on financial aid, each quarter, we first pay any tuition and fees that you may owe to the college. If there is a remaining balance, also referred to as a financial aid refund, BankMobile will send it to you according to the refund selection you choose.
Once you complete your financial aid file, a BankMobile refund selection kit will be sent to you in the US Mail. The envelope contains information you will need to setup how you would like to receive your refunds while you are attending Wenatchee Valley College. Once you receive this selection kit, you must go online and choose the way you would like to receive your financial aid refunds.

Students who have completed all the required steps for your financial aid file, and are eligible for Financial Aid (Grant’s, Student Loans, Scholarships, etc.) will be sent a BankMobile Refund Selection Kit.
Look for the bright green envelope
Your personal refund code will be in the Refund Selection Kit.
The kit, which is in a bright green envelope, will be sent by U.S. mail to the address on file with the WVC Admissions Office. Students should make sure that their information (address, phone number, e-mail, etc.) is corrected on the Student Kiosk. Do not discard your personal refund code contained in the Refund Selection Kit.
The WVC BankMobile Enrollment Packet is the key to selecting your preference of how
you would like to receive your refund. Go to RefundSelection.com and click the “GET STARTED” button on the top right-side of the page. Follow the
instruction with the packet.
NOTE: If you do not select a preference, a paper check will automatically be mailed
to the address on file 21 days after the funds are sent to BankMobile Vibe.

If you have your financial aid refund deposited to a bank account other than BankMobile, you will access your funds in the usual way. The information below is for those with a BankMobile checking account.
Access Your Account on the BankMobile Vibe Site
You can use your BankMobile Debit Mastercard to withdraw cash without a foreign ATM fee at any of the Allpoint Network ATMs. Go to Allpointnetwork.com for locations.

You have two options to receive your financial aid refund (disbursement).
You can make your refund (disbursement) selection or update it at any time at www.refundselection.com.
- Electronically transfer funds to your existing bank account (2-3 days), or
- Open a free BankMobile Vibe checking account with a DEBIT CARD, or
The timing estimates are after BankMobile Disbursements receives Wenatchee Valley College's electronic fund transfer.
The timing will vary depending upon your refund selection. The earliest time to receive your financial aid disbursement will be the afternoon of the first day of the quarter.
- Direct Deposit to a bank other than BankMobile. BankMobile will electronically transfer
your disbursement to your own checking account (2-3 days).
- Direct Deposit to BankMobile Vibe checking account: Your disbursement is deposited
the same day BankMobile receives your electronic fund transfer from Wenatchee Valley
College. Note: After requesting a BankMobile Vibe checking account, it can take 5-7
days to receive your BankMobile Debit Card in the mail.
- If you do not choose a refund selection: After 21 days, a paper check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service (22-27 days).
If your funds are deposited to a BankMobile Account: You can sign up for refund status mobile alerts. You can also check your account balance at an Allpoint ATM for free.
If your funds are deposited to another Bank Account: Check with your banking institution to find out about possible notifications of deposit.

Selecting Your Refund Preference
Your refund options are:
- Electronic deposit to an existing bank account. The request for ACH transfer to your
bank account will be processed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from
WVC. It may take the receiving bank 1 – 2 business days to credit the money to your
account.
- Electronic deposit to a BankMobile Vibe account. Money is deposited to your Vibe Account the same business day BankMobile receives the funds from WVC.
To access the secure site to make your refund preference, go to RefundSelection.com and use the personal code mailed to you in the Refund Selection Kit. If you inadvertently discarded the code, you can contact the WVC Financial Aid Office at 509-682-6810 to request a new code.
