You slect how you woudl like your financil aid refunds sent to you. You may use your existing bank account or open a BankMobile Vibe checking account or have a paper check mailed to you. More information can be found at "You Have Choices" .
The Refund Selection Kit contains information regarding your options for receiving your refund (disbursement) while you are attending Wenatchee Valley College.
BankMobile will send you a Refund Selection Kit. The kit is sent to your current mailing address on file with the Admissions Office.
The kit contains information you will need to set up your refund (disbursement) options while attending Wenatchee Valley College. Please contact the financial aid office if you need assistance.
**Note: If you provided a personal email address to the admissions office, you will also receive an email from BankMobile with the information needed to log in and setup your refund preference. The information is the same as what is in the refund selection kit. You do not need to wait for the kit to select your refund options.
The timing will vary depending upon your refund selection. The earliest to receive your financial aid disbursement at the start of the quater will be the afternoon of the first day of the quarter.

If your funds are deposited to a BankMobile Account, you can sign up for refund status mobile alerts.
If your funds are deposited to another Bank Account: Check with your banking institution to find out about possible notifications of deposit.
If you choose to have a paper check mailed to you: The approximate time to receive your mailed check will usually be 5-7 days from date that WVC releases the funds to BankMobile.
If you lose your BankMobile Vibe Debit Card after it has been activated, contact BankMobile immediately to report your card lost or stolen.
