500.500 SECURITY OF COLLEGE RESOURCES POLICY
All employees of the college are custodians of the resources of the college. An employee is obligated to notify their immediate supervisor or the college president that college funds, equipment or facilities have been misappropriated or misused.
It is then the obligation of the supervisor to notify his/her supervisor and/or the college president, who shall initiate an investigation following established college practices and state procedures.
