Wenatchee Valley College is transitioning to the HONK mobile parking permit system at the Wenatchee campus starting fall quarter 2024.

Drivers to campus will need to scan a QR code post in any parking lot on the Wenatchee campus or use the HONK website/text system and input their license plate number to purchase a permit. They can also text 54506 to 75498 and follow the link to purchase a permit. Daily, quarterly, and annual parking permits are available via the HONK website as well.

Day passes are $2, quarterly passes are $25, quarterly night passes are $15, quarterly passes for employee reserved spaces are $40, annual passes for employee reserved spaces are $115, and an annual, non-reserved permit is $70.

Visitors to the Wenatchee campus must obtain a courtesy permit from the faculty or staff member that they are visiting on campus in order to park in the visitor area for longer than 30 minutes or in any other designated parking space for any length of time.

State-designated disabled parking stalls are available on campus for use by students, staff, and guests who have a disabled parking permit or valid disabled license plate. Visitors with a valid handicapped placard must register their license plate using the QR code available at the Cashier's Office in Wenatchi Hall or by calling campus security at 509-682-6911.

Any parking infractions that occur will be processed through a third-party vendor, who will mail the infractions to the owner of the vehicle. The infractions must be paid through the third-party vendor.
