BankMobile Disbursements

Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) has partnered with BankMobile to deliver your  financial aid refunds after your tuition and fees have been paid. 

For students receiving financial aid, each quarter,  your tuition and fees are paid first. If there is a remaining balance, also referred to as a financial aid refund, BankMobile will send it to you according to the refund selection you choose.

After your financial aid information is received by the college, a refund selection kit is sent to you. You will also receive a Personal Code by email which will be sent to the personal email address on record with the WVC Admissions Office (note: this process begins in mid-July for the upcoming year, but happens immediately upon receipt of current year applications).  You will need to set up how you would like to receive your refunds while  attending Wenatchee Valley College.  Once you receive the refund selection kit, you can follow these simple steps: 

  1. Visit
  2. Enter your Personal Code
  3. Select how you’d like to receive your money
