Disbursement Information - BankMobile
Wenatchee Valley College contracts with BankMobile to provide disbursement of Financial Aid funds, including the option of direct deposit to a bank account.
In order for students to receive their financial aid funds they will need to sign up for one of the following options:
- Electronic Deposit To Your Existing Personal Bank Account or
- Electronic Deposit To A BankMobile Vibe Account or
- Paper Check Mailed To You Via The U.S. Postal Service
All financial aid eligible students will be mailed an enrollment kit by BankMobile and will be asked to select a refund delivery preference from the options listed above. Here’s what you need to do:
1. Update your mailing address
BankMobile will mail a Refund Selection Kit to the current address you have on file with Registration office. If you’re not sure that we have your current mailing address, please take a moment to check your MYWVC portal or contact the registration office at 509 682 6806 or updated your address in person at the registration office on the first floor of Wenatchi Hall on the Wenatchee campus or in Omak in the Administration building.
2. Look for the green envelope
Mailings of Refund Selection Kits for the upcoming year will begin in mid-July. They will arrive in a bright green envelope and will include the Wenatchee Valley College logo. It contains your personal code for making your refund selection. It is important not to discard this envelope.
3. Visit RefundSelection.com to make your choice
Once your kit arrives, go to RefundSelection.com and enter your personal code to get started. Then simply select how you’d like to receive your money. If you select the BankMobile Vibe account as your refund choice, you will receive a temporary virtual Debit MasterCard® to use until your physical card arrives in the mail.
