Form should be completed by new students as well as returning students who have not been concurrently enrolled at WVC. The form must be printed and signed on the reverse side by the student.
Wenatchee Valley College offers a 50% tuition waiver discount to eligible veteran and National Guard members. A military Certificate of Discharge, DD214 Member 4 must be attached.
Students who are not Washington State residents should submit this form to the WVC veteran office to determine eligibility for in-state tuition. Contact the WVC Admissions office for residency questions (509) 682-6806.
Form should be completed by Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve members wishing to use military tuition reimbursement.

An evaluation request form should be submitted to the WVC Registration Office for determination of applicable credits.
